Service Agreement for ZeroDayStart

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the ZeroDayStart website and services. By accessing or using our site, you (“you” or “User”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

  • Free Services: ZeroDayStart provides free practice quizzes for CompTIA certifications (e.g., Security+).

  • Paid Services: We offer professional services including resume creation and optimization, LinkedIn profile enhancement, and cover letter development (collectively, “Career Services”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using our services.

  • For Career Services, you are responsible for providing your career history, resume, or other professional details necessary for service delivery.

  • You agree not to use our site or services for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

4. Payments and Refunds

  • Payment: All fees for Career Services must be paid in full before services are rendered. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

  • Refunds: Due to the customized nature of Career Services, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Exceptions: Refunds may only be issued in limited cases where (a) services have not yet started, or (b) we are required to do so by applicable law.

  • No Chargebacks: By purchasing, you agree not to initiate chargebacks for services that have already been delivered.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All quizzes, website content, and service materials provided by ZeroDayStart are owned by or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

  • Any resume, LinkedIn, or cover letter materials we create for you may be used solely for your personal professional purposes.

6. No Guarantee of Employment

ZeroDayStart provides tools and services to assist with exam preparation and career advancement. We do not guarantee:

  • That you will pass any certification exam.

  • That you will secure employment, job interviews, or career advancement as a result of using our services.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroDayStart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time if you violate this Agreement. You may stop using our services at any time.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
